Q: When will you be selling postage with the new postal rates?
A: New postal rates go into effect May 12, 2008 which will result in higher denominations for post card and First Class mail. During the period between March 31,2008 and May 12, 2008, PictureItPostage will sell post card and First Class PictureItPostageStamps™ with the new denomination. As a service to our customers during this period of time, we will not charge our customers more for our products.

Q: Is PictureItPostage™ real?
A: PictureItPostage is real U.S. postage and is made by Endicia, an approved licensed vendor of the U.S. Postal Service. PictureItPostage allows consumers and businesses to create customized postage using pictures, logos and graphics.

Q: How much does PictureItPostage cost?
A: You can purchase PictureItPostage in a variety postage denominations to match the type of mailing you are doing including: post cards, standard one-ounce cards and letters, oversized envelopes, and even Priority Mail. The price varies with the denomination and quantity of postage you purchase. We offer discounts to customers who purchase more than one pack at a time. Q: What size is PictureItPostage™?
A: Your picture, logo or graphic will be printed so that it will measures 1 1/2" x 1 3/16". The total size of PictureItPostageStamps is 2 1/2" x 1 9/16".

Q: How long does it take before I receive my order?
A: You should receive your order within 10 business days from the time the order is placed if you use Standard Delivery. Within 8 business days if you choose Express Delivery. We do not guarantee delivery on a specific date.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: You can cancel your order at any time. However you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee calculated on the total cost of the order.

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: If your PictureItPostage was defective or damaged in shipment, we will issue you a full refund. You need to return the unused PictureItPostage to us in order to get this refund. If you wish to return your PictureItPostage Stamps™ for any other reason, we will charge a 10% cancellation fee on the cost of the total order. You must return all the PictureItPostage Stamps in order to receive this refund.

Q: What image file formats do you accept?
A: We accept JPG/JPEG, TIFF, BMP, PNG, and GIF files. All files need to be smaller than 5 megabytes.

Q: If I currently qualify for bulk or non-profit rates, can I purchase PictureItPostage with the same rates?
A: USPS regulations do not allow us to provide these rates.

Q: Do you plan to create PictureItPostage on rolls for large volume mailers who use tabbing equipment?
A: We currently offer PictureItPostage in rolls of 3,000 with a minimum order of 6 rolls (18,000). Please contact us for more information.
